Now that you know a little in-depth about the more popular Esport genres, let's move on to the 'Pro-scene'

This module will cover only Two (2) Esports titles, both MOBA,
which will be:

Let's start with Dota 2
Tournaments are mainly divided into Two (2) separate phases:
Qualifiers
Teams play against each other to grab a spot at the tournament
Main Event
Qualified teams play in single or double-elimination brackets to eventually be the winners of that tournament.
Tournaments can also be split into Three (3) Main Groups:
Minors
Majors
Mostly played online-only by regional teams for smaller prize pools
Usually sponsored tournaments, which also feature high-tier prize pools.
Premiere
Those generally with the significant prize pools, and typically broadcasted live to audiences worldwide.
The biggest tournament of them all, named 'The International' is Dota 2's annually held championship - and typically features the biggest prize pool in the Esports scene.
To qualify to partake in The Internationals, professional teams must earn points, called DPC (Dota Pro Circuit) points through participating in Minors and Majors.
Next, let's talk about Mobile Legends
Malaysia's largest Mobile Legends tournament is known as the "Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL)"
It is mainly divided into THREE (3) separate phases:
Regular Season
Qualifiers
Playoffs
Only 10 teams from the qualifiers will advance into the regular season.
10 teams play against each other to grab a spot at the tournament via:

a) Round Robin format​
b) Best-of-3 matches
c) Top 8 teams qualified for playoffs
Winner/Loser Bracket - Double Elimination, Best of THREE (3) Games (a
Finals - Single Elimination, Best of FIVE (5) Games (b
8 teams play in a double-elimination bracket to become the eventual champions of the tournament:
The professional league is a 9-weeks match with a live broadcast.

MPL is also the Largest Mobile Legends Esports League in Southeast Asia.
